RELEASE, WAIVER and DISCLAIMER OF ALL CLAIMS
The undersigned, being of lawful age, with the understanding that the turbo system and/or component is a high performance product, intended for the most experienced rider, having the understanding that the use of the product is beyond the control of TURBO PERFORMANCE do/does hereby and for my/our/its heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns release, acquit and forever discharge TURBO PERFORMANCE, his, her, their, or its agents, servants, successors, heirs, executors, administrators and all other persons, firms, corporations, associations or partnerships of and from any and all claims, actions, causes of action, demands, rights damages, costs, loss of service, expenses and compensation whatsoever, which the undersigned now has/have or which may hereafter accrue on account of or in any way growing out the use, workmanship, material, effect or affect upon the snowmobile installed upon, possible bodily injury, performance and any other claim that may arise.

THE UNDERSIGNED UNDERSTANDS AND ACCEPTS ALL RISKS THAT IS OR MAY BE ASSOCIATED WITH THE USE OF THE TURBO SYSTEM AND AGREES TO BE BOUND BY THE ABOVE STATED TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

The undersigned further declare(s) and represents that no promise, inducement or agreement not herein expressed has been made to the undersigned, and that his release contains the entire agreement between the parties hereto, and that the terms of this release are contractual and not a mere recital, and all terms and conditions are binding.

THE UNDERSIGNED HAS READ THE FOREGOING AND FULLY UNDERSTANDS IT AND ACKNOWLEDGES RECEIPT OF THIS DOCUMENT.
